MEDIATION SERVICES
National Career Advisors have certified mediators to assist opposing parties reach an agreement. Our mediators do not represent either party and remain strictly neutral.
The goal of mediation is to provide a safe, knowledgeable and effective discussion between the parties to lay down ground rules, prevent further escalation of the problem, and encourage timely resolutions.
Mediation is a process that helps people resolve disputes and disagreements. Trained mediators work with people in conflict to listen and help develop fair and workable agreements.
Mediation is an Alternative Dispute Resolution process of exploring solutions and negotiating mutually acceptable resolutions. Unlike the legal process, mediation allows the parties to decide the fairest and most reasonable solution.
MEDIATION IS:
Voluntary--It is your decision to participate.
Effective--People work out their own agreements with the mediators' help.
Informal--No official proceedings, just plain talk.
Quick--It usually takes just a few hours and happens within a week or two of your call.

National Career Advisors will offer mediation services to both parties in a neutral manner. Due to confidentiality, the initiating party’s name will not be disclosed until both parties understand the issue at hand and mediation is agreed as a means for resolution.
National Career Advisors will then assign mediators and confirm the mediation with all parties. We expect the parties to commit at least 2-hours to the mediation process.
