I. CAREER ADVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS

You Must:

  • Possess a Masters Degree counseling, psychology, social work, education, or related field.
  • Be a member of a professional counseling organization.
  • Have either taken and passed a CPP-licensed workshop for the appropriate assessment, OR have a degree from an accredited college or university and have satisfactorily completed a course in interpretation of psychological assessments and in measurement at an accredited college or university.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To assess the client’s needs; administer the correct assessment; and interpret psychological assessments (such as the MBTI, FIRO-B, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Strong Interest Inventory, Coping Skills Inventory, Values Inventory, & CPI 260 Inventory) for clients.


II. Recruiter

QUALIFICATIONS

You must:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Marketing and Sales Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To recruit clients to participate in our Career Advising Program, College Planning Program, Corporate Services, and/or a Mediation Services.


III. COLLEGE PLANNER

QUALIFICATIONS

You must:

  • have a Bachelors degree and 2-years experience in the college planning, college financial aid, and/or college admissions process;
  • OR a Masters Degree and 1-year experience in college planning, college financial aid, and/or admissions;
  • Have membership in a professional organization related to college planning, college admissions, or career advising.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide assistance to clients withResearch and Development of Prospective Schools; Admission Timeline and Task List; Essay Reviews; Resume Reviews; Interview Preparation; Financial Aid; College Coaching; and Letters of Recommendation .

IV. MEDIATOR

QUALIFICATIONS

You Must:

  • Possess a certified Family Mediator, Circuit Mediator, or Civil Mediator.
  • Received the appropriate training to be a certified mediator by any state in the United States.
  • Have a current mediator certification.
  • Have at least 1-year of mediation experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To help clients resolve divorce disputes, employment, community, and/or family disputes through mediation services.
